INCOME

We acquire secure, medium/long-term, high-yielding, investments with strong propsects for reversion, ‘life after lease’ potential or residual land value.

LOCATIONS

Our operations extend across the UK with a particular focus on London and the South East, specifically in locations highlighted for medium to long-term growth.
